These terms explain how you can use vanessaenglish.com and what to expect when you book lessons or access materials with Vanessa English.

Using This Website

By using vanessaenglish.com, you agree to these terms. Please use the site for personal, lawful purposes and do not attempt to disrupt it, access areas you are not authorized to use, or submit false or harmful information through our forms.

Booking and Lessons

Submitting a booking survey or contact form is a request, not a confirmed booking. We will reply by email to confirm your lesson details.

Lesson fees and scheduling are confirmed with you individually before your first lesson. Available dates shown on the schedule may change until your session is confirmed.

For students under 18, a parent or legal guardian first contacts us by email. We discuss the lessons together, and lessons begin once the parent or guardian has given their consent during that consultation.

Payment and Cancellations

• How to pay: We accept payment by Zelle or Venmo. Payment details are shared with you after your consultation.
• When to pay: 1:1 lessons are paid before each lesson. For monthly packages, payment is due before the first lesson of the month. Group classes are paid in 4-session packages, before the first session of each package.
• Cancellations (1:1): If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours before your lesson, and we will reschedule it with you.
• Late cancellations and no-shows: Lessons cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or missed without notice, are not refunded.
• Monthly packages: Lessons you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice carry over to the following month.
• Group classes: Group classes meet at a set time with other students, so they can't be rescheduled individually. Missed group sessions are not refunded or carried over.
• Classes cancelled by Vanessa: If a lesson or group class is cancelled on our side, we will reschedule it or refund that session.
• Promotions: Promotional prices apply to students who sign up during the promotion period and cover the sessions stated in the offer (for example, your first 4 group sessions).

Student Accounts and Lesson Materials

Students may receive a login to access lesson materials and the archive. Please keep your login details private and do not share your account with others.

Lesson materials are provided for your own learning. Please do not copy, resell, or redistribute them without permission.

Reviews

When you submit a review, you confirm that it reflects your own honest experience and give us permission to display it, along with the name you provide, on our website and social media. We review all submissions before posting and may choose not to publish a review or may shorten it for length.

Our Content

All text, lesson materials, images, and design on this site belong to Vanessa English unless otherwise noted. You are welcome to share links to our pages, but please do not reuse our content without permission.

Links to Other Sites

Our site may link to other websites, such as Instagram. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

Limits of Responsibility

We work hard to provide helpful, accurate lessons and information, but learning results depend on each student and cannot be guaranteed. The website is provided as is, and we are not responsible for any loss that results from temporary interruptions or errors on the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
